What To Expect

below are some, not all of our policies and procedures. 

they may be enhanced at any given time. please feel free to reach out with questions.


1. Your order is cued into the production que

schedule the next day after payment is received.

(Applies to graphics & apparel)

2. If you've requested an invoice payment is required within 24 hours. After that it will be canceled and you may request another when you're prepared to submit payment. (Applies to EVERY SERVICE TYPE)

3. No mock-up or sample designs will be given before an order. Each graphic and order will receive a mock-up or sample of the design before it moves to final stages of production. If you only need a mock-up there is a $35 design fee. Each mock-up comes with 1 major edit/revision and 1 small revision. 

4. Mock-up edit requests & approvals must be submitted within 7 business days! 

5. Any edits that are desired after the (1) major & (1) minor are exhausted, merit a $15/hr design fee.

6. Jantell's Events release all liability for error in a design after it's been approved by the client. Please be sure to ALWAYS proof the project and make sure everything is spelled correctly and in the proper location. 

7. Master project files will only be kept on servers up to 90 days, after that they will be discarded

8. A set up fee will be required if you do not have your own design for apparel & custom keepsakes. Fee to be determined at consult.

9. We do our very best to guarantee that you receive your orders on time but sometimes shipping is out of our control. We can't control any of our shipping carriers but we will always send you tracking numbers to stay on top of the process with us.

10. Rush orders require an up charge.

11. Plus size apparel require an up charge.

12. For printed save the dates and invitations there's a minimum 50ct required to order.
