  • This is a NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM! Any funds paid towards this item cannot be transferred or applied to any other purchase,etc. NO check form of payment will be accepted {routing/acct #, check, e-check, etc)

    Once the design is complete in the design phase you will receive a proof copy via email/messenger. At that time If there is an issue with the design, you will have (1) one courtesy edit. If there needs to be additional edits/changes after that, a $25/hr fee will be assesed and invoiced to you before continuing the project.

    After completing this purchase you must email ANY pertinent information that you want displayed on your banner to JANTELLSCONSULTING@GMAIL.COM .

    You will receive your banner 3-4 days before your "NEED BY" date. Please be sure to order in an adequate time, no less than 7 days before your event or (NEED BY DATE); any rush orders will merit a $40 rush fee. Orders enter production based off your "NEED BY" date.

    Standards FEDEX Ground shipping is 1-3 business days once shipped.

    IF YOU NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING THAT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE, YOU MAY REQUEST VIA PHONE CALL OR EMAIL.
